Our professional fee is a flat fee payable when the candidate commences work with our client. The fee depends on the role that you are hiring for. Please contact us to discuss your remote hiring needs. 

Do you provide a guarantee period for successfully placed candidates?

We will help our clients find a replacement if the initially placed candidate does not continue his/her employment/engagement with our client, within a stipulated period. The free replacement period (in months) depends on the role. This is applicable for permanent roles or if the successful candidate's engagement is for at least 12 months (1 year).

What is your timeline for referring us suitable candidates?

The timeline depends on the specific requirements of the role as well as the seniority of the role.  We take time to understand your hiring needs - both the requirements of the candidate as well as your organisational culture. This is to ensure that we find the best candidates with the right fit and motivation, as well as required skills.
